The demented Alexander brothers claimed in Manhattan court Tuesday they “never” drugged or raped anyone — with one blaming any crude behavior he may have exhibited on growing up in a “hook-up culture’’ and listening to Howard Stern.
“My brothers and I have never drugged or raped anyone. We have never trafficked anyone for sex, and we never conspired to hurt anyone,” Oren Alexander, 39, insisted in Manhattan Federal Court.
Oren was the first of the three brothers to speak in court as part of a last-ditch bid to land the minimum 15-year prison sentence they face, as opposed to a maximum of life behind bars.
The married fallen real-estate-agent-to-the-stars blamed his foul-mouthed persona on growing up listening to shock-jock Stern and in a “hook-up culture.”
“I was partying too much and sleeping with too many women in those years,” Oren said.
Older brother, Tal, 40, then also maintained his innocence in a choked-up speech before Manhattan federal Judge Valerie Caproni.
He used his time to complain about how his life and career were destroyed when the brothers were indicted in 2024.
“It almost feels like an atomic bomb has been dropped on my life and destroyed everything in its wake,” Tal said, fighting through tears.
Tal said he was struggling “to find words to express genuine regret without confessing to something that I did not do.”
Alon, Oren’s twin brother, used his time before the judge to also proclaim his innocence, too — and broke down while talking about his children.
“I am not a perfect man, but I am innocent of these charges. I have never raped or sex trafficked anyone,” Alon said.
Both Alon and Oren claimed that they were clean after polygraphs taken after their arrests proved that they didn’t rape or drug anyone, they claimed.
Several victims who testified at the trial glared at the brothers from the first few rows of the courthouse gallery as they made their statements.
