Pro Bowl wideout Alshon Jeffery was arrested for insurance fraud on Wednesday in California, according to TMZ Sports.

Jeffery, who won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2017 season, reportedly was taken into police custody for conceal/fail to disclose insurance benefit or payment and has since been released. No other details of the arrest were disclosed.

Jeffery’s rep, Denise White, said in a statement to TMZ that her client “categorically denies the allegations.”

“The underlying incident was a minor freeway fender bender, and he provided his information at the scene,” the statement read.

“These are unfounded allegations only, and Alshon has not been convicted of any offense. He will address this matter through the legal process, and he remains confident that the facts will demonstrate this was a misunderstanding and nothing more.”

Insurance fraud is a felony punishable by up to five years in state prison and a $50,000 fine in the state of California.

Jeffery has yet to address the matter publicly as of Friday morning; The Post’s has reached out for comment.

The wideout hasn’t played since he was released by the Eagles in March 2021.

He caught three passes for 73 yards and one outstanding touchdown in the first quarter that gave the Eagles an early lead in Super Bowl 2018.

Philadelphia ultimately held on for a 41-33 win over the Patriots in the big game, which took place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

A second-round pick by the Bears in the 2012 NFL draft, Jeffery spent five seasons with Chicago from 2012 to 2016.

Jeffery was an All-American at South Carolina, which retired his No. 1 jersey in 2023.
