EXCLUSIVE: How Foreign Interference and the Non-Profit Industrial Complex Stole the 2020 Election – PART I

Foreign Interference in 2020 Elections? UN Partners with Soros-Backed Brennan Ctr, FB, Zuckerbucks NGO, Two NED NGOs, Cybersecurity Experts, (Smartmatic in the Wings?) PART I

Guest post by QuietlyObserved

(This is the first part of a multi-part series.)

In March, both John Solomon of Just the News and Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit broke breaking exclusive and bombshell stories regarding multiple foreign intrusions into our 2020 elections.

Solomon revealed that there is newly-revealed evidence that China significantly interfered in those presidential elections, he followed that up with the revelation that partisan federal employees in our intelligence agencies have been egregiously hiding this information from Americans.

Hoft, confirming a different foreign intrusion stated, “Today … we have proof of a successful breach by one of America’s major enemies [Iranian actors] on our election infrastructure … CISA officials released a report on October 30, 2020, JUST DAYS BEFORE the 2020 presidential election … The report was never made public.”

Solomon then published yet another breaking story about foreign interference, this time in our 2024 elections: _U.S. intercepted Ukraine government messages discussing plot to route money to Biden re-election_.

This should alarm and outrage Americans who are immediately owed any and all information documenting foreign interference in our elections, especially the 74.2+ million Americans who voted for President Donald J. Trump in 2020 and, instead, got Joe Biden.

Given these recent breaking stories regarding foreign intrusions into our 2020 elections, we’re going to revisit some very suspicious election activity involving a U.N. international election observation mission that took place on our own soil during our 2020 presidential elections.

This U.N. mission included multiple unknown foreign “election observers” who were deployed inside our country on Election Day to parts unknown. This mission also included domestic advisors, with the expected federal agencies and a core group of “civic” advisors, what we in this country call not-for-profits (NFPs) or non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

TGP originally broke this story exclusively in June 2021 with a two-part expose. We urge you to read this as it contains essential details we can’t cover here.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: UN, US, Facebook and Smartmatic Executives Conspired Together Before the 2020 Election and Many of Same Officials Now Trying to Stop or Derail 2020 Election Audits Taking Place

We cannot claim to have any proof that this international U.N. mission to observe our 2020 presidential elections was part of a large, multi-faceted regime change operation, strategically planned by American Democrats, socialists, Communists, Never-Trumpers and a bunch of secretive progressive billionaires who invited in foreign adversaries from the U.N. to help them overthrow our executive branch, which resulted in President Donald Trump and 74.2+ million American voters having the 2020 presidency stolen from them.

What we can do is draw back the curtains on this U.N. mission and the fact that not one but _two_ separate teams of what appears to be close to 150 unknown, foreign U.N. “election observers” were invited in and deployed to multiple unknown locations in at least thirty states on Election Day, Nov. 3, 2020.

We have absolutely no idea who they were, where they went, or what they did.

What we can do is clarify who, domestically, advised this 2020 international U.N. election observation mission. It was a who’s who of American, hard left-leaning, politically-motivated, militant nonprofits, specifically the type deployed by top Democratic operative and lawfare expert Marc Elias, nonprofit wrangler, and the Democrats’ top, elite on-call election fixer in 2020.

These facts, in and of themselves, are suspicious.

When you factor in the now-proven penetrations into our 2020 elections by the CCP and “Iranian actors,” there really were foreign enemies attacking our 2020 elections! – and the fact that the 2020 presidential elections were the most shocking, darkly-unusual, contentious, and fraud-filled elections in U.S. history, it will become readily apparent that this entire international U.N. “election observation” mission, _deployed upon our own soil during the 2020 presidential elections despite COVID-19 shutting down the entire planet, needs exposure and investigation.

**THE U.N. 2020 MISSION**

The U.N. election observation mission is called the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe / Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Limited Election Observation Mission (OSCE/ODIHR LEOM) – the first team of observers – was joined by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) International Election Observation Mission (IEOM) – the second team of observers.

This delegation was invited into the U.S. by the United States Mission to the OSCE and the State Department. In its Final Report dated Feb. 9, 2021, the ODIHR EOM explicitly thanked only three advisors by name: the U.S. Department of State, the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED), both 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable nonprofits.

Together, NASS and NASED represent all U.S. “Chief Election Officials” (CEOs), that is, the fifty-six election professionals who actually control elections in our fifty states, Washington, D.C., and the territories.

This same type of U.N. mission has taken place in the U.S. almost every two years since 2002.

This mission’s purpose, according to its reports, is to “assess[ed] the compliance of the election process with OSCE commitments, other international obligations and standards for democratic elections, as well as with domestic legislation.”

Re-phrased, is the United States toeing the line with U.N. expectations for democratic elections?

This U.N. mission released four reports: a Needs Assessment Report (roughly four months before the election), an Interim Report (just prior to the election), Preliminary Findings, and the Final Report.

Despite COVID-19 halting movement across the planet, planning still took place remotely for eight days, from May 29 to June 5, during a “Needs Assessment Mission” (NAM), with a list of domestic advisors provided in the NAM’s Report.

Meetings took place with multiple federal agencies, councils, and commissions, the two main political parties, a lone state election official, and a lone media outlet.

Included on that list are two of the four “core” nonprofit grantees of the Congressionally-funded behemoth the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).  These entities are the National Democratic Institute (NDI), and the International Republican Institute (IRI).

All three, NED, NDI, and IRI are 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable nonprofits.

The Department of State has been authorized to oversee the dispersal of billions in Congressional funds to NED, and it also has the power to distribute additional “discretionary” funds to NED.

The Department of State appears to be the lead federal agency for this 2020 U.N. mission, as evidenced by the mission’s explicit thanks to it.

The U.N. and/or the U.S. officials who assembled this team of domestic NFP advisors – we don’t know whoclearly made no attempt whatsoever to provide a balanced, bi-partisan group. The Heritage Foundation was the token Conservative nonprofit charity; the rest were all hard-left-leaning, politically active 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable nonprofits:

1. Brennan Center for Justice
2. National Association of Secretaries of State
3. National Association of State Election Directors
4. National Conference of State Legislators
5. Center for Election Innovations and Research
6. Facebook: (not a nonprofit) the sole media representative
7. The Carter Center
8. Sentencing Project
9. National Democratic Institute (NDI) funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
10. International Republican Institute (IRI) funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED)
11. International Foundation for Election Systems [sic]

The lone Conservative 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity:
12. The Heritage Foundation

**All** of the nonprofits advising this U.N. mission are 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable nonprofits.

**All** of them are required to conduct corporate activities in a non-partisan manner.

**All** of them are recognized as top U.S. leaders, so-called “election-related professionals”, covering a variety of election specialties.

**THE U.N.’S 2020 INTERNATIONAL ELECTION OBSERVERS**

The actual election observation mission itself took place on U.S. soil from September 29 – November 15, 2020, with real-time international observation of the presidential elections on Nov. 3, 2020.

How many international election observers were there? Who were they?

Per the Final Report:

-There were 45 international election observers deployed in the LEOM (long-term observers); 15 were stationed in Washington, D.C., and 30 traveled to 32 unknown states, to unknown locations, over a 48-day period.

-There were 102 international election observers deployed in the IEOM (short-term observers); 52 were from the OSCE/PA, and 50 were borrowed from the OSCE/ODIHR LEOM. They traveled to unknown locations on Election Day, and it is unknown when they left U.S. soil.

Since the LEOM only had a total of 45 observers, it could not have loaned 50 to the IEOM. That leaves 5 unknown observers deployed on Election Day.

In addition, the report lists 98 observer names, when only a total of 97 were called for.

The report is confusing, it contains critical omissions as well as inaccurate data (here and elsewhere).

Furthermore, the report only reveals each observer’s name and country of origin, nothing more.

What did these international election observers do over 48 days?

Short answer: we don’t know.

The Final Report goes into great detail about the history of U.S. elections and its election laws, much of it a repeat of data found in previous years’ reports. Specific observations about the 2020 election do not reference individual precincts and rarely even mention a location; the observations are very generalized.

It is likely that during this 48-day period, the international election observers met with the domestic advisors, including the listed nonprofit charities. The report does not reveal this information.

We know, for example, that in the 2018 OSCE/ODIHR mission to the U.S., Liz Howard, an expert election cybersecurity attorney with the Brennan Center, and Harri Hursti, an internationally-known election cybersecurity expert and hacker, actually briefed that mission, just before its deployment on Election Day.

Liz Howard, Cybersecurity and Elections Counsel with the Brennan Center and Harri Hursti, co-founder Nordic Innovation Labs, election cybersecurity expert best known for his “Hursti Hack” of Diebold election machines, together brief the U.N. OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission in Washington D.C. before the U.S. 2018 midterm elections

Which states and which election precincts were they deployed to?

Unknown.

What is each observer’s training, education, professional and political affiliations?

Unknown.

Therefore, here’s what we’re left with:
  • a bunch of U.N. hand-picked, unknown international election observers –
  • with unknown expertise in election machines and software,
  • with unknown training in exploiting WiFi and cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and
  • with unknown political allegiances –
  • who were, with the help of a team of domestic, left-leaning, nonprofit advisors all with various expertises in elections,
  • let loose somewhere within our country, to multiple unknown election precincts during early, absentee and Dropbox voting and on Nov. 3, 2020, while real-time voting was taking place,
  • to do, we don’t know what.

What could go wrong?

Well, **starting that very evening** – who can forget FOX News calling Arizona early, followed by the cascade of ballot-counting sites in swing states eerily shutting down early? – This presidential election was about to become the most controversial, suspect, and fraudulent in the United States’ history.

By the time this U.N. mission left U.S. soil twelve days later, on Nov. 15th, the presidential election had been shockingly called for Joe Biden, while multiple entities fell all over themselves post-election, in their haste to earnestly and authoritatively gaslight America into believing that this was its most secure election ever.

Most Americans just didn’t buy it.
