**TRUE GRASSROOTS ACTION HAS BEEN ASTROTURFED IN AMERICA, YET AGAIN**
“[George Soros’] support for Ready for Hillary is an extension of his long-held belief in the power of grassroots organizing.”
Michael Vachon, billionaire George Soros’ consigliere, issued that statement in 2013 when Soros accepted the position of co-chair of the national finance council for the Ready for Hillary Super PAC, established for Hillary Clinton’s bid for the presidency of the United States in 2016.
She failed in that attempt.
In 2016, Clinton, a Democrat, was endorsed by the national Working Families Party (WFP) and, in NYS, cross-endorsed by both the Democrats and the WFP, which actually has a ballot line in NY.
We’ll get to why this WFP piece is important in a bit.
Clinton and Soros are neighbors, and both live in New York, known as the Empire State. Funny that these two power-mad icons should both end up building their respective empires from inside the Empire State, and both are utilizing grassroots action and nonprofit charities as their vehicles, their stepping stones to cementing their power.
If there are two people who are the absolute antithesis of true grassroots action, it would be George Soros and Hillary Clinton.
The source of true grassroots action emanates from the community; it springs naturally from an organic desire for neighbor-to-help-neighbor. People bond together to solve a common problem, and they go shoulder-to-shoulder to aid each other in solving that problem, doing whatever it takes.
MONEY is never the object.
It is the natural caring for each other and the pure human instinct, the milk of human kindness, to simply offer help to others when needed, which drives grassroots action.
Our culture has created a means to deliver grassroots action, so we can more efficiently and effectively help each other, the charitable nonprofit, and the nonprofit system.
There is a whole system of different types of nonprofits set up so we can work together to help each other, say, deliver food to those in need, help the elderly, help overburdened moms and dads, rescue abandoned cats and dogs, or preserve historic houses. Police, firemen and women, and first responders have charities to help them do their jobs better, as do wildlife experts, river keepers, and forest experts.
People like Soros and Clinton, hardcore progressives both of them, whose lust for power, control, and dominance over us knows no bounds, have hijacked the very concept of grassroots action, and are attempting to gaslight us into believing they – the megalomaniacs – have our best interests at heart.
The vehicle that they’ve chosen to deliver their allegedly organic grassroots messages and actions is the American nonprofit.
So, Clinton and Soros have stolen not one but two precious things from us: the concept of natural community-based grassroots action and the entities blessed to deliver grassroots messages and actions, the charity and the nonprofits.
They, Clinton and Soros, could actually give two figs about delivering any kind of grassroots messages or actions – that’s all just window dressing – they have simply stolen the grassroots nonprofit system to get them power, control, and dominance.
Mind, it isn’t just one or two nonprofits, here or there.
They’ve stolen almost the whole thing … and networked it together across the nation to boot, to suit their own needs, not ours.
Like-minded fellow millionaires and billionaires – “progressive” millionaires and billionaires – like Soros and Clinton – have even teamed up together and created a secret, vast, nationwide, networked, progressive nonprofit infrastructure, through a secret club called the Democracy Alliance.
They control this nonprofit infrastructure, of course.
Unless you’ve studied what they’ve done, how they’ve done it, and why they’ve done it, you would have NO IDEA how big this operation is.
It. is. gigantic.
In December, the nation learned through Alexander Muse, an investigative reporter, that this American nonprofit, or non-governmental organization, NGO system holds $14.12 trillion in assets.
Muse stated:
“That balance sheet is larger than the combined 2025 GDP of Japan, Germany, and India by roughly 5%. This is not a slogan or a talking point. It is a fact drawn from the Federal Reserve’s own Financial Accounts.”
The numbers don’t lie. Our American nonprofit system has been hijacked by progressive millionaires and billionaires.
Not only that, but they’re using our nonprofit system **against** us, to gradually install a Socialist political system **against our will**, which they have arrogantly determined should be installed, the Constitution be damned.
This is an abomination.
This “nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate” is operating, _secretly and unchallenged_, across the entire United States today, right now.
Why are we allowing this to continue?
Can this system even be fixed, or is our nonprofit system irretrievably damaged?
These charities, these nonprofits, this American system, our grassroots, they belong to us.
We want them back.
**WORKING FAMILIES PARTY FOLLOWS ACORN’S MODEL, USES CORRUPTED NONPROFITS TO SECRETLY DO YOUR DIRTY SOCIALIST WORK FOR YOU**
In the last segment, we shared some history about ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, a gigantic national network of corrupt and criminal nonprofits started in 1970 and (allegedly) bankrupted in 2010.
We’ve labeled this the nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate, and ACORN represents the mother of all American nonprofit corporate conglomerates.
Matthew Vadum, an American expert on corrupt and criminal nonprofits, who wrote the expose about ACORN, the 2011 Subversion, Inc.: How Obama’s ACORN Red Shirts are Still Terrorizing and Ripping Off American Taxpayers, had this to say about ACORN:
“I’ve hardly scratched the surface of America’s most dangerous, devious political group…
…ACORN is part political group, part crime syndicate, part terrorist organization.”
“ACORN learned everything from [Revolutionary Marxists] [Richard] Cloward, [Frances Fox] Piven, and [Saul] Alinsky, who played a critical role in the organization … they were not mere theorists but activists involved in the radical movement…
…They developed disruptive antisocial strategies and tactics aimed at destroying the American system from within.”
Saul Alinsky’s manifesto, Rules for Radicals, dedicated to Satan (!), is their community organizing handbook.
In 1997, the people behind this ACORN operation had had, at that point, almost thirty years of experience in corruption, misuse of taxpayer funds, intimidation tactics, fraudulently registering thousands to vote, fraudulently using absentee ballots, gaming massive HUD housing grants, embezzlement, and other nefarious and criminal enterprises – while being affiliated with the Democratic party – and had decided it was time to branch out and start a political party.
They picked New York State as the place to start up this operation – George Soros’ and Hillary Clinton’s New York State.
Since ACORN already had NY offices in Brooklyn, they used the same address to start up the New York Working Families Party shop. It gained official party status in the 1998 race by receiving enough votes to become viable as a political party.
The WFP, of course, instantly became affiliated with a large cabal of nonprofits, ACORN had taught it well.
Since Vadum identified ACORN’s nonprofit system as “part political group, part crime syndicate, part terrorist organization”, can you image what ACORN’s political party would be like?
By 2000, less than two years after its founding, the WFP was working for Hillary Clinton. In her bid for the U.S. Senate seat left vacant by Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s (D) retirement, Clinton was endorsed not only by the NY Democratic Party machine but also by this fledgling political party no one had ever heard of called the Working Families Party.
Discover the Networks reported that during the campaign, “Mrs. Clinton, vowing to wage a ‘people’s grassroots campaign,’ told a cheering crowd of WFP-affiliated supporters: ‘I consider this the beginning of a partnership.’”
Hillary won that election.
George Soros also quickly and publicly affiliated with the NYS WFP.
Most Americans are familiar with Soros’ campaign to “buy” district attorneys. What most people don’t know is the very first DA which Soros “bought” was in Albany, New York’s capital, in 2004 via David Soares’ run for election as both a Dem and a WFP candidate.
Soares was running against the Albany Democratic machine’s incumbent DA, Paul Clyne.
Soros funneled money into the Drug Policy Alliance, a group he founded, served on its board, and his Open Society Institute (OSI) funded.
Soros’ Drug Policy Alliance is a 501(c)(3) tax -exempt charitable nonprofit.
David Horowitz and Richard Poe’s, The Shadow Party, states:
“Of the $121,776 that the Working Families Party siphoned into David Soares campaign, $81,500 came from the Drug Policy Alliance Network, which is the political arm of the Drug Policy Alliance.”
The problem is that Soros’ donation went to the WFP, which then illegally passed it on to Soares Democratic primary campaign. In NYS, one party cannot interfere in another’s campaign.
It didn’t matter. Nobody, up to the NYS attorney general, would prosecute. The buck got passed to the NYS Board of Elections, where – in Albany fashion – it disappeared.
Soares won that election, and “the district attorney’s office of Albany County passed quietly from Democrat control into the control of George Soros’ shadow party.”
David Soares held the position of Albany County DA for twenty years, until 2024.
**ACORN’S FRAUDULENT BALLOT SCHEME SURFACES, THROUGH ITS WFP**
ACORN’s illegal ballot schemes eventually surfaced in NYS, this time via its WFP.
In 2009, four officials were arrested in Troy, NY, just east of Albany across the Hudson River. They were found to have illegally filled out about fifty absentee ballots for the Working Families Party’s primary. The ballots were affiliated with the names of residents in a low-income public housing complex.
FOX News reported at the time;
“The people who are targeted live in low-income housing and there is a sense that they are a lot less likely to ask any questions… What appears as a huge conspiracy to nonpolitical persons is really a normal political tactic.”
A Democratic committeeman who pleaded guilty made that despicable statement.
ACORN, that is its WFP, proved that it will target the very people it claims to represent – the poor – if it gets them what they need.
ACORN’s protege, the Working Families Party, was off and running in New York State, a cozy political partnership established early on with New Yorkers George Soros and Hillary Clinton, and evidence that its criminal operation playbook had been passed on to its brand new political endeavor, the Working Families Party.
When ACORN “bankrupted itself” in 2010 it had its WFP to continue on the operation uninterrupted, along with a cabal of ACORN’s ready-to-go nonprofit “spin-offs.”
**A FORENSIC INVESTIGATOR, SAM ANTAR, DIGS INTO THE WFP’S GIGANTIC CABAL ON NONPROFITS, UNCOVERS “GRASSROOTS LAUNDERING”**
The forensic investigator from White Collar Crime, Sam Antar, began looking into the WFP’s finances.
In this Aug. 2025 TGP article by Joel Gilbert (Gilbert has himself done yeoman’s work uncovering the multiple alleged multi-state criminal activities of NYS AG Letitia “Tish” James (D/WFP) at TGP, here and here), he reveals some of Antar’s investigations:
“What Antar uncovered is a political machine powered not by working-class donations, but by a $2+ billion network of tax-exempt nonprofits that illegally converts taxpayer money and billionaire philanthropy into political power.”
In his July 2025 article, Grassroots Laundering: How Elite Money Flows Through Working Families Party Network, Antar coins the **exact right term** for this seemingly criminal operation:
“This investigation exposes how the Working Families Party has perfected what can only be described as **grassroots laundering**—the systematic conversion of elite wealth and taxpayer funds into the appearance of authentic working-class political power…
…The evidence reveals a sophisticated operation where taxpayer funds and billionaire investments flow through a network of nonprofits that maintain legal fictions of independence while operating as a unified political machine. The mathematical precision of coordination—including simultaneous, penny-perfect financial transactions—suggests systematic deception designed to hide elite control behind the facade of popular power.”
Antar has revealed that the financial underbelly of what we’ve uncovered began with ACORN and its WFP in New York State in 1998, and which we’ve labeled a nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate.
We will review more of Sam Antar’s outstanding work tomorrow.
He has quantified what no one else has yet done and his forensic analysis proves what we’ve been claiming, that there is a secret, gigantic, well-funded, networked American nonprofit infrastructure which has been hijacked for illegal Democrat and “progressive” political use.
