A perverted Florida biology teacher convicted of sexually abusing a high school student is now being sued by the victim — who claims he gave up his faith in God because of the “heinous sex acts.”
Brooke Anderson, 28, committed the apostatizing sexual violence after she began grooming the teen in 2021, the suit alleges.
The Rhode Island native was hit with the lawsuit while she’s two months in a 30-month prison sentence after being convicted on a bevy of sex crimes against the student last June, the Daily Mail reported.
The lawsuit states that Anderson’s relationship with the teen began innocuously enough.
He would eat lunch in his science teacher’s classroom during his first two years at Riverview High School in Tampa.
But as the student began his junior year, Anderson began to text the boy messages of a “very graphic, sexual nature,” a trend that escalated into the boy’s senior year, according to the civil complaint.
Anderson then allegedly sent the boy “sexually provocative” images in April 2025 before raping him in her classroom the next month.
The pervy professor pleaded guilty to a host of charges, including three counts of unlawful sexual activity, in a criminal case, the outlet reported.
The boy was a year under Florida’s age of consent when Anderson sexually abused him, according to the suit.
The suit alleges that Anderson’s “heinous sex acts” left the young teen with “permanent psychological injuries,” including a loss in his faith in God.
The abused teen wants $100,000 in damages from Anderson, a college graduate who grew up in a plush $1.2 million Rhode Island mansion.
The former student claims that Anderson’s guilty plea strengthens his case against his former teacher, according to the suit.
The suit also seeks $50,000 from the Hillsborough County School Board for commercial negligence in allowing the pervy teacher to work at the school.
The school board declined to comment to the Daily Mail.
Anderson could not be reached for comment.
