MINNEAPOLIS — The “foul” mystery brownish liquid US Rep. Ilhan Omar was sprayed with during a chaotic Minnesota town hall meeting late Tuesday is believed to have been apple cider vinegar.
Omar (D-Minn.) was hit with the kitchen staple when 55-year-old Anthony Kazmierczak allegedly stormed the podium as the lefty congresswoman was firing off an anti-ICE spiel, Alpha News reported, citing sources.
A hazmat team confirmed, too, that the syringe Kazmierczak allegedly used in the attack was filled with the vinegary substance, the outlet added.
Minneapolis Council Member LaTrisha Vetaw, who ended up being hit by some of the liquid, told The Post the stench was so bad she vomited.
“It smelled like vinegar or ammonia,” Vetaw said, adding that the odor was “overwhelming.”
“It started out smelling really like apple cider vinegar-smelly. Then it started to smell like ammonia, like a strong, pure ammonia smell, I was wondering why the smell wasn’t going away.”
“I got sick to my stomach,” she continued. “I went outside and threw up because, like, the smell was so strong.”
Omar was in the middle of slamming Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem and calling for ICE to be abolished when Kazmierczak allegedly accosted the lawmaker in front of a packed audience.
Kazmierczak was caught on video allegedly spraying the amber-colored liquid over Omar’s chest just moments after leaping out of his front row seat and charging towards her.
Cops in the room quickly tackled the alleged perp to the ground and cuffed him as forensic scientists were called in to process the scene.

After being hit with the vinegar, Omar was filmed apparently lunging at her alleged attacker with her fist raised.
“I need a napkin,” Omar could be heard asking a staffer.
The 43-year-old “Squad” member refused medical treatment and continued delivering her remarks.
