The White House responded to a New York Times article and Senator Chris Van Hollen, who traveled to El Salvador in an attempt to rescue Kilmar Abrego Garcia, on Friday with an epic correction of the Times’s inaccurate and dishonest reporting.
They made it clear that the illegal alien and designated foreign terrorist is not coming back to the United States.
Likewise, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Wednesday tore into Democrats and their leftist media cohorts for lying to the American public about Abrego Garcia.
Leavitt was joined in a press briefing by Patty Morin, who shared the devastating story of how her daughter, Rachel Morin, was brutally raped and murdered by a different Salvadorian illegal who made his way to Maryland. The soulless ghouls at CNN and MSNBC refused to carry coverage of her remarks, where she fittingly pleaded with the media to “please tell the truth” about “how violent it really is.”
Before introducing Morin to the podium, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt slammed the Democrats and highlighted Abrego Garcia’s illegal status, gang affiliation, and record of domestic abuse, adding that the “woman beater,” MS-13 gang member, and Salvadorian illegal alien will “never be a Maryland dad.”
Abrego Garcia was recently deported and returned to his home country by the Trump Administration over his ties to MS-13, which President Trump has designated a foreign terrorist organization.
However, the Democrats and leftist media describe the El Salvadoran illegal and gangster as a “Maryland man” and “father of three,” who was wrongfully deported after a judge previously protected him from deportation when he was arrested in 2019, citing alleged safety concerns if he returned to his home country.
The order blocking his deportation was granted before President Trump designated him as a foreign terrorist, making him “no longer eligible for any form of immigration relief in the United States,” says White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.
When he was arrested in 2019, he was with two other members of MS-13, and he was known by investigators to be affiliated with the gang, but the judge still allowed him to stay in the country illegally.
Additionally, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Abrego Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez, previously petitioned the court for a protective order against Garcia in 2021 for the second time.
A second protective order for domestic violence in 2020 was also discovered. Court documents reveal that in the 2021 incident, he “punched and scratched” and “ripped off the shirt [of], grabbed, and bruised” Vasquez.
Despite the abuse, Vasquez, who has fundraised over $230,000 off Garcia’s deportation, is very publicly fighting for his return, and the media attention is bringing in a lot of cash.
Still, Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen on Wednesday morning traveled to El Salvador for a photo op in his fight to smuggle the deported terrorist MS-13 gang member and violent abuser back to the US from his home country.
Van Hollen has described the individual as a “Maryland man” and “father of three,” who is a victim of “kidnapping” while ignoring his gang ties, violent background, and illegal immigration status.
Van Hollen met with deported MS-13 gang member Kilmar Garcia Abrego on Thursday and took a photo gazing deep into Kilmar’s eyes. He apparently also treated Kilmar to margaritas “in the tropical paradise of El Salvador,”
President Nayib Bukele said in a contemptuous social media post. Their meeting came after a humiliating rejection on Wednesday in the far-left Senator’s first attempt to visit the Salvadoran prisoner at El Salvador’s CECOT maximum security prison.
On Friday, the White House corrected the New York Times’ coverage of Van Hollen’s meeting with Kilmar Abrego Garcia, which was headlined “Senator Meets With Wrongly Deported Maryland Man in El Salvador.”
Of course, they won’t mention anything about Garcia’s gang ties, which make him a designated terrorist, his nationality, or his history of domestic violence.
However, the White House came to the rescue, remixing the dishonest headline and telling Van Hollen, “he’s NOT coming back.”
“Senator Meets With Deported MS-13 Illegal Alien Who’s Never Coming Back,” the edited headline reads.
Fixed it for you, @NYTimes.
Oh, and by the way, @ChrisVanHollen — he’s NOT coming back. pic.twitter.com/VoAphh2ZPY
