Indicted Mayor Eric Adams received a warm reception at events around the city Saturday — even while deflecting questions about a sweeping federal corruption probe and the upheaval it has sparked in his administration.

Hizzoner was joined by over half-dozen other New York-based elected officials, including Reps. Grace Meng and Tom Suozzi and Councilmembers Keith Powers and Linda Lee, while marching with organizers of the 40th annual Korean American Parade along Sixth Avenue in Midtown.

Some onlookers screamed, “We love you” and “We support you” to Adams, the first sitting NYC mayor to be indicted.

When asked at an unrelated Bronx event later Saturday about multiple reports that First Deputy Mayor Sheena Wright is expected to soon resign, Adams laughed off the question and said he expects her back at work “bright and early” Monday morning.

“I am happy that she is still doing a job, she was doing a job on Friday and I look forward to that,” he said

“Let’s not get ahead of ourselves,” said Adams when asked the same question hours earlier at the parade.

“When we’re ready to make any personnel announcements, we will do so.”

Wright’s anticipated departure comes a month after the feds raided the home she shares with her newlywed husband, outgoing Schools Chancellor David Banks.

Wright is unhappy with how Banks is shockingly being pushed out of his later this month – rather than leaving in January as he planned, insiders said.

One anticipated attendee who didn’t show up to the parade is Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, who would temporarily take over as mayor should Adams be removed from office or resign.

Instead, Williams spent the morning at Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network’s headquarters in Harlem attending the civil-right leader’s birthday celebration.

Sharpton told The Post Adams wished him a happy birthday over the phone.

“He called and said he did not want to confuse his presence with my birthday,” said Sharpton.

“He wished me a happy birthday, and we talked.”
