One game, one major award for Kene Nwangwu.

He was elevated to make his season debut last week and was rewarded for his performance by being signed to the active roster.

Jets head coach Jeff Ulbrich raved about Nwangwu’s practice habits as he awaited an opportunity.

The Seahawks’ Leonard Williams was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week after he had two sacks, an interception returned for a touchdown and a blocked PAT against his former team.
