Giannis Antetokounmpo could possibly be on the move.

The temptation is understandable. It is. Players like Giannis Antetokounmpo don’t come around every day. You don’t always have an opportunity to get them. There are 14 teams that could have picked him in the 2013 draft before the Bucks did at No. 15, although that was before he became what he’s become, one of the most uniquely skilled players in the sport’s history.

You think the Cavaliers would like a do-over with Anthony Bennett at No. 1? Think the Jazz would like to take a mulligan for going with Shabazz Muhammad at 14?

The Knicks didn’t draft until No. 24 that year and actually picked well (Tim Hardaway Jr.). But they’ve never really been in Antetokounmpo’s orbit.

Until now.
