A Long Island bad seed slit his parents’ throats in the family’s deli because they kicked him to the curb for allegedly fondling his sister — then told cops “the Lord” made him kill them, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Vito D’Ambrosio, 30, was arraigned in Nassau County court for using a 14-inch chef’s knife to murder his Italian deli-owning mom and dad — nine days after being released from custody over his alleged sex crime, authorities said.

He had been found covered in blood outside the family’s A&A Italian Deli in Bethpage at 9:20 a.m. Dec. 4 when cops arrived at the scene of the grisly slashing deaths of Antonio D’Ambrosio, 70, and Angela Pulisciano, 62.

Prosecutors said Vito dialed 911 himself after the slayings and confessed to cops.

” ‘I killed my mother and father,’ ” he told officers, according to Assistant District Attorney Veronica Guariglia in court Tuesday.

” ‘I stabbed them both in the throat. They are in the deli. They are not breathing. I left the knife in the deli. My hands got a little cut. All they did to me is on TikTok. I confessed everything on TikTok,’ ” Vito allegedly said.

” ‘I thought the Lord was talking to me, and I snapped,’ ” he added, Guariglia said. ” ‘After everything I gave to them. After everything I did for them, they kick me out.’ “

But then later, Vito told authorities, “I deserve to go to jail.

“I deserve life sentences. They didn’t deserve this. I had life handed to me,” said the son, who worked at the deli.

The murder weapon that Vito used to kill his parents was found on the lower shelf of a prep counter, authorities said.

Prosecutors would not divulge details about the “forcible touching” allegation that is believed to have prompted the slain couple to kick their troubled son out of the family home, forcing him to live in his car.

Vito is the subject of a forcible-touching claim filed by his sister, but the charges are still pending, according to both his lawyer and prosecutors.

“We haven’t come to a conclusion on it,” Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly said outside court.

“An order of protection was issued, so he was no longer allowed to go to the house and no longer allowed to go to work at the deli,” Donnelly said. “So, that may have been the antithesis of him suddenly saying, ‘I hate my parents and I can’t believe they’re doing this to me’ or whatever.”

The suspect’s lawyer, Raymond Queliz, told reporters after court, “The allegations as they are written up against his sister are allegations of forcible touching. That’s all I know.”

D’Ambrosio was cuffed behind his back and wore a white t-shirt, blue sweatpants, a black hoodie and bright orange sneakers when he walked into court for his murder arraignment.

He showed no emotion throughout the proceeding, only calmly saying, “Not guilty,” when asked for his plea by Judge Howard Sturim.

Vito is charged with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder and was ordered held without bail pending a return court appearance Jan. 30.

“Angela and Antonio were simply helping customers at the deli they owned and operated for more than 30 years when they were viciously attacked and stabbed in broad daylight, allegedly by their own son,” Donnelly said in a statement.

“Vito Dambrosio had been kicked out of his house and living in his car since his release from jail for another pending criminal matter. He had nowhere to live and nowhere to work, and his simmering anger finally boiled over into the alleged murder of these beloved business owners.

” Angela and Antonio’s deli was a community staple; always filled with regulars whom the couple knew by name. Their tragic loss has been heartbreaking to the many customers who frequented their store over the years. My office will hold their killer accountable for this horrific crime.”
