A maniac swinging a machete chased a teenage laundromat employee after demanding he take off his 49ers jersey.
Video of the terrifying encounter shows the suspect coming after the 17-year-old at his father’s business in Pomona, LA County.

“I had a red shirt because the 49ers were playing that day. He came in, saw my shirt and said, ‘Get that effing red off,’” Jacob Hernandez told NBC Los Angeles.
Footage showed the teen scrambling to get away from the suspect. Video also showed the man shattering the laundromat’s glass door and coming within inches of striking someone standing at the door. He was also seen striking a countertop with the weapon while dashing around the laundromat and threatening customers inside.
No one was injured, and there had been no arrests as of Monday, police said.

The teen’s dad told NBC Los Angeles that he heard screams and rushed to shut the door to his business to keep the suspect out.
“What bothered me the most was that he went after my son,” Phil Hernandez told NBC Los Angeles. “I wasn’t suppose to be here that day, and my son works here alone. I’m not sure how my son or anyone would have handled that.”
