A male prostitute has come forward and provided federal investigators with a videotape allegedly showing one of beleaguered rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infamous “freak offs,” according to a new report.
The sex worker met with federal investigators working on the sex-trafficking case against Diddy in New York on Wednesday, sources with direct knowledge told TMZ.
He provided them a copy of a “freak off” tape that Diddy, 54, allegedly made in May 2023.
“Freak offs” were the hip-hop mogul’s sick moniker for the drug-fueled orgies that prosecutors say sometimes lasted days and were rife with sexual abuse, illegal drugs and trafficked prostitutes.
The whistleblower stepped forward and described to investigators how he traveled from Atlanta to Miami for the sex film and how he went about finding another escort to engage in the debauchery.
Sources say the “freak off” in question involved Diddy, the male prostitute and a female prostitute.
The worker alleges he and the female engaged in intercourse while Diddy orchestrated the encounter from behind a video camera.
This description is in line with allegations made in the indictment, which say Diddy would force his victims to partake in sex acts while he watched, recorded and masturbated.
The male prostitute told authorities he kept a copy of Diddy’s tape from that night.
That copy is now in the hands of federal investigators, according to TMZ.
The gigolo also spilled on Diddy’s preferred drugs for “freak offs,” according to the outlet’s sources.
The sex worker signed a proffer agreement that will allow him to give testimony to federal investigators without incriminating himself, according to sources.
Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo maintains that the “freak offs” were merely the behavior of consenting adults engaging in lecherous though not illegal behavior.
“And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do,” Agnifilo said.
“You know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was, there would be no more people.”

His lawyer also claims that the 1,000 bottles of baby oil found by federal investigators when they raided Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes in March were a byproduct of the music mogul shopping at Costco.
Costco rebuked that claim Thursday, saying that none of their US stores carry the product.
Agnifilo further stated in an interview that will air Thursday night that he expects Diddy to take the stand in his own defense.
“I don’t know if I can keep him off the stand,” the lawyer told TMZ in an interview for the new documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.”
“He is very eager to tell his own story,” he added.
Diddy is charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail.
