Melania Trump rang the opening bell on Wall Street Wednesday to mark the upcoming premiere of her self-titled documentary.

The first lady, dressed in a black dress and wide black belt, hit the button to start the day at the New York Stock Exchange to cheers from traders on the floor.

“In the near future, cultural influence will matter as much as economic power,” the Slovenia-born former model said in brief remarks. “Our ability to tell our stories and emotionally connect with audiences is paramount.”

In keeping with tradition, Mrs. Trump was given a medallion by New York Stock Exchange President Lynn Martin in recognition of her special day.

“On the front of the medallion are our six pillars, which stand for a variety of things, but importantly, they stand for access to free markets around the globe and the concept of freedom, which I know you fight for every single day,” Martin said.

The first lady also received a special commemorative plate to congratulate her on the release of the film.

“Melania,” directed by “Rush Hour” auteur Brett Ratner and licensed by Amazon as part of a whopping $40 million deal signed in January 2025, will have its red carpet premiere Thursday night at the Trump-Kennedy Center in Washington, with the president and first lady scheduled to attend.

“For the first time in history, people will witness the 20 days leading up to the inauguration through the eyes of an incoming first lady,” Melania described the project at the time.

A select group of guests — including first son Barron Trump — got a sneak peak at the film Saturday night at the White House.

The film premiers nationwide on Jan. 30, opening in more than 1,500 theaters across the US. It will stream exclusively on Amazon Prime Video at a later date.
