The rules can’t be remixed.
A Mexican museum scolded popstar Bad Bunny for posting a picture touching a historic relic during a recent trip.
The Puerto Rican star slated to headline the Super Bowl in February visited the National Institute of Anthropology and History in Mexico City on Dec. 17 and snapped a since-deleted pic with his hand on a stele carved with ancient insignia, according to TMZ.

“As is public knowledge, physical contact with archaeological goods is prohibited,” the museum posted on X regarding the incident.
Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, obeyed the museum staff’s immediate order to remove his hand from the ancient stele, officials confirmed.
“When the artist placed his hand on the stele, museum custody staff reiterated that the pieces could not be touched, to which the musician withdrew it,” the institute continued.
The singer, 31, was in Mexico for part of his DeBí TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour. In 2026, Bunny will continue touring in Latin America, Europe, and Australia.
