Thick plumes of smoke were spotted bursting out of the roof of a 13-story building in Soho early Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters responded to the two-alarm blaze at 451 Broome St. between Mercer and Broadway around 2:52 p.m., the FDNY told The Post.

Firefighters are still on the scene trying to extinguish the mixed occupancy loft, according to fire officials.

No injuries were reported, police said.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
