Olivia Culpo’s birthday came with an extra gift.
The former Miss Universe winner and her 49ers star husband, Christian McCaffrey, announced on Friday they are having a second child together.
Culpo happened to be celebrating her 34th birthday when she shared the news that she’s expecting.
“Best birthday gift ❤️ Baby #2 coming soon 🥹,” Culpo wrote in an Instagram post that featured a picture of her kissing McCaffrey. The snap, which also included their daughter Colette Annalise, and their golden doodle, Oliver Sprinkles, included sonogram photos of the baby on the way.

The couple did not disclose the sex of the child or the due date.
The congratulations come rolling in, including from Kristin Juszczyk and Claire Kittle, the wives of 49ers stars of Kyle Juszczyk and George Kittle.
“Coco is a big sister!!!!” Kristin Juszczyk wrote.
“The luckiest babies in the world,” Claire Kittle wrote, adding a heart emoji,
The news for the couple comes a little over a year after they welcomed Colette to the world last July. Culpo and McCaffrey tied the knot in a Rhode Island — the latter’s home state — ceremony in the summer of 2024.
McCaffrey, a Swiss army knife for the 49ers, is coming off a monster 2025, in which he attained his third All-Pro nod and one AP Comeback Player of the Year after rushing for 1,202 yards, catching 102 passes and racking up 17 total touchdowns.

Culpo spoke to The Post’s Jenna Lemoncelli earlier this year and explained how she now thinks about her husband’s health now that they’ve made a family together.
“I think ultimately it’s just such a physical sport that you just want to be healthy enough to reach the goals that you have for yourself,” Culpo said. “I think just being there for him and definitely being sensitive to the fact that it does mean a lot and sometimes he will be upset. Having a baby there really has changed that and made everything feel a little bit more grounded and light — and just have a better perspective because… win or lose, you still have to show up for her.”
