Former President Donald Trump let Vice President Kamala Harris have it during a Monday campaign stop in western Pennsylvania, calling her out for failing to answer questions about her record or policies.
Trump made a stop at Sprankles Market in Kittanning just ahead of his rally in nearby Indiana, PA, and he stopped briefly to talk to some of the employees and customers while he was there. The former president also gave brief remarks outside the store, taking a swing at Harris.

“It’s based on the fact that this woman is not capable. She was on Oprah and she couldn’t answer the most basic question,” Trump said, referencing Harris’ recent interview with the longtime talk show host.

“We’ve gone through four years of that,” he continued. “We’re not going to go through another four years of that. She couldn’t answer ANY questions that were — nobody knew what she was even talking about — and she didn’t know what she was talking about. We had four years of that, our country has gone to hell. Inflation. Crime, look at the crime numbers.”
In her recent sit-down with Oprah, Harris struggled mightily to answer an audience question about what concrete steps she planned to take to reduce costs for American families.

The vice president took a question from the audience and was asked to outline her plans to bring prices down for everyday Americans who were struggling to pay rent and put food on the table and gas in their cars. Instead of answering that question directly, Harris delivered a rambling speech about the relative unattainability of the American Dream for young people today.
“In terms of both rightly having the right to have aspirations and dreams and ambitions for your family and working hard and finding that the American Dream is for this generation and so many recently far more elusive than it’s been, and we need to deal with that,” Harris replied.
