A Los Angeles social media influencer accused of stealing from wealthy older men she met on dating apps was arrested again in Beverly Hills.
Adva Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, previously pleaded not guilty to six felony counts and was released on bond with an ankle monitor in March.
Lavie was arrested around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday by Beverly Hills police in connection with a separate theft allegation in Riverside County according to NBC4.
The six felonies she is being charged with includes two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary, and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.
She also violated a court order and is expected to appear in court on Thursday.
If convicted, Lavie may face up to over eleven years in jail.
Lavie, a 28-year-old OnlyFans model, has been accused of finding wealthy older men on “Sugar Daddy” websites and stealing from them. She allegedly would steal cash, gold, credit cards, and designer items from both men and women found online.
Intimate details about her relationship with 64-year-old billionaire Stephen Cloobeck and obsession with older men were also recently revealed in a 129 page unsealed document.
The documents reveal details about alleged abuse by her porn star ex-husband “Big Nick” and men at sex parties to psychologist Dr. Robert Brodie.
“Soon into the relationship… her ex-husband communicated that he wanted an arrangement in which he could sleep with other women alongside Ms. Lavie,” the document said.
“Although the two would regularly wear protection and test for sexually-transmitted infections, Ms. Lavie tested positive for chlamydia and discovered her ex-husband slept with other women without her knowledge,” the papers further detailed.
The documents even revealed her introduction to nude modeling and her transition into making OnlyFans and porn content.
Cloobeck, the former Diamond Resorts International CEO and prominent donor to failed gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell, is also facing several felony charges for witness tampering in Lavie’s case.
The two were scheduled to get married on June 18th but the date has been moved.
