President Donald Trump will reportedly attend Wednesday’s Supreme Court Hearing on ending birthright citizenship in America. The oral arguments will begin at 10 AM.
The always unpredictable US Supreme Court will take up President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship.
The president even posted this on his daily schedule.

In July 2025, a radical federal judge blocked President Trumpbirthright citizenship order in a third ruling since the Supreme Court rejected nationwide injunctions by rogue leftist judges at the time.
US District Judge Leo Sorokin, an Obama appointee, blocked President Trump’s executive order nationwide.
Sorokin’s ruling comes after another district court and a three-judge panel on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Trump’s birthright citizenship order.
The US Supreme Court restricted lower courts from issuing nationwide injunctions but this does not matter to lawless Democrat judges who do whatever they want to destroy this country and expect the rest of the American public to follow the rules.
According to President Trump’s last year, the 14th Amendment is being misinterpreted by the left so they can give citizenship to ‘anchor babies.’
“It is the policy of the United States that no department or agency of the United States government shall issue documents recognizing United States citizenship, or accept documents issued by State, local, or other governments or authorities purporting to recognize United States citizenship, to persons: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States was lawful but temporary, and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth,” Trump’s order stated.
On Wednesday, the oral arguments will be heard at the Supreme Court.
