The Post’s Zach Braziller ranks the top teams after Week 2 of the college football season:

1. Texas (2-0) (Last week: 7)

Is Texas … back? Arch Manning and the Longhorns stunned Ohio State in the game of the week, rallying from 20 points down in the final quarter. The biggest regular season win of the Steve Sarkisian era in Austin.

2. Ohio State (1-1) (1)

Saturday night’s collapse will stick with the Buckeyes, from up 20 in the fourth quarter to leaving Austin losers. How this group responds will be telling.

3. Notre Dame (2-0) (2)

The Irish led Rice 21-0 after just 11:09, on their way to a 52-0 decimation. We’ve already written enough about this shellacking.
