With another NFL season now in the books, the doom and gloom over the Giants and the Jets — and all of their former players earning Super Bowl rings the past couple of years — officially can morph back into the optimism and intrigue of a new baseball season for the Mets and the Yankees.

With pitchers and catchers reporting to their Florida spring training locales this week, we finally will get to quiet all the debates about the Mets’ dramatic offseason overhaul and the Yankees’ return of essentially the same roster as last year and see for ourselves as the teams attempt to close the gap on the two-time World Series champion Dodgers.

Here are my three biggest question marks for both teams as camps get into full swing:
