Three teens were stabbed and a fourth was slashed outside a Bronx high school on Monday, just three days into the start of the new school year.
The four teenage boys were assaulted outside Herbert Lehman High School on East Tremont Avenue just after 3:45 p.m., police said.
A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the right shoulder, another 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the back, a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the right hand and a 17-year-old boy was slashed in the right hand, according to cops.
The four victims, who are all students at the high school, were taken to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.
The alleged stabber is also believed to attend the school, though no arrests have been made, according to the NYPD.
Police added that the assault did not occur on school grounds.
It’s unclear if police are searching for one suspect or multiple. The investigation is ongoing.
Separately, two other students were taken into custody on disorderly conduct charges for an unrelated fight nearby, cops said.
