Two dead bodies were found on separate city subway trains within a few hours Sunday, with the grisly discoveries now under investigation, according to police.

Later in the morning, a man believed to be in his 50s was found on a train at the 36th Street station in Brooklyn, with drug paraphernalia next to him, sources told The Post.

The city medical examiner is scheduled to perform autopsies on both men to determine cause of death.

The disturbing incidents come as at least 17 people have died in the Big Apple during the recent cold snap, which has driven many of the city’s homeless into transit system stations and trains.
