PORT ST. LUCIE — Freddy Peralta was quick to attach a qualifier Saturday when reminded that last season was his best as a major league pitcher. 

“So far,” he said. 

For emphasis, he repeated it. 

Such was a reminder that the new Mets ace doesn’t believe he has peaked. There is still new territory to conquer, and Peralta views last season as a launch point.
