U.S. — With the final votes coming in from the post office out in Calhoun County, the Babylon Bee Decision Desk announced it is now ready to call Alabama for former President Donald Trump.
“We’ve been keeping a close eye on Alabama all through the night,” explained Decision Desk anchor Joel Berring. “With Trump now leading by 50 percent with only 0.00001% of the vote still outstanding, we are now comfortable calling Alabama for Trump.”
The call puts Trump at 9 electoral votes, with the Bee Decision Desk still waiting to make a call on the other 49 states. “We’re getting close to making a call on Vermont,” said Berring. “It’s going to be a long road to 270, so buckle up.”
At publishing time, the Bee Decision Desk had announced that it was now ready to call that skinny part of Florida for Trump.
