A 28-year-old man was stabbed during a tussle near Penn Station on Friday afternoon, cops said.
The victim was knifed in both arms around 4:10 p.m. at West 34th Street and Seventh Avenue — steps from the busy transit hub and Madison Square Garden, police said.

The attack stemmed from a clash with a man last seen wearing all black, sources said.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the fight, or if the two men knew each other.
The victim went to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, cops said.
