A senseless fight over a cellphone left a 36-year-old man dying on a Bronx street on Christmas Eve, according to officials and surveillance footage.
Arkmayer Davis, 30, was fatally stabbed after arguing with his assailant over a cell phone inside Kleen Panda Laundromat near East Tremont Avenue and Morris Avenue in Mount Hope around 11:43 a.m., the video obtained by The Post shows.
“Give me my phone, bro! Give me my phone,” the suspected attacker repeatedly yells at Davis.
Davis, wearing a dark jacket and hoodie, then tosses the phone on a table before the man snatches it away.
“Get away from me! Shut the f–k up, bro! I don’t want to be around you no more,” the enraged suspect screams at Davis before storming out.
Police later found Davis outside the laundromat covered in blood with stab wounds on his chest, legs, and arms.
Medics rushed him to Saint Barnabas Hospital, but he could not be saved.
Davis lived steps away from where he was murdered.
His attacker has yet to be nabbed.
