Shamsud-Din Jabbar flew an ISIS flag in the pickup truck he used to senselessly mow down partiers ringing in the New Year on Bourbon Street, the FBI said in a statement.
“An ISIS flag was located in the vehicle and the FBI is working to determine the subject’s potential associations and affiliations with terrorist organizations,” the FBI said.
The black fabric that is believed to have been the ISIS flag was flown on a pole attached to the back of the Texas-plated pickup.
