A Guatemalan illegal alien who was released into the US by the Biden Regime was arrested for brutally raping a 5-year-old girl in Long Island, New York.
Carlos Aguilar Reynoso was indicted this week after he violently raped a child so badly that she needed surgery to treat the injuries.
Reynoso was charged with first-degree rape, predatory sexual assault against a child, sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to Long Island News 12, on February 1, Reynoso was tasked with babysitting the little girl and raped her while the mother was gone.
When the victim’s mother came home, she realized her daughter was acting differently and discovered blood in the child’s underwear.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and later transferred to a specialized hospital where she underwent surgery.
The Suffolk County DA Ray Tierney blasted dangerous sanctuary laws that protected the illegal alien pedophile.
“Incredibly, up in Albany right now there are new Sanctuary laws currently under consideration that would have prevented us from even talking to federal immigration authorities,” Tierney said in a statement.
“My message to our state legislators and Governor is simple – Stop protecting the rights of alleged child rapists at the expense of child victims,” he said.
Long Island News 12 reported:
A 27-year-old Guatemalan national is being held without bail after initially being released following an arrest in connection with endangering the welfare of a child, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney.
Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, was indicted Monday on charges that included the alleged rape of a 5-year-old child.
At Tierney’s direction, Aguilar Reynoso was issued a desk appearance ticket instead of being arraigned and released from the courthouse on a lower charge during the investigation.
That decision allowed federal immigration authorities to take Aguilar Reynoso into custody the moment he walked out of the police precinct, which they did on Feb. 2 for illegally entering the United States.
“ICE officers, tracking every move of this criminal illegal alien with violent and heinous propensities, arrested him on his way out of a New York precinct the day after the alleged rape to ensure that he never walks our streets again,” the DHS said.
It is such a privilege to work at @DHSgov with @ICEgov to help keep monsters like this one off the streets.
