Likely human remains have been found washed up in Rhode Island — just a stone’s throw from Taylor Swift’s beachside mansion, cops said.
Police were called to the swanky Watch Hill neighborhood at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday following the grim discovery of a leg bone that is assumed to be human, NBC10 reported.
“It was probably a couple football fields away from Taylor Swift’s house and the Ocean House,” said Taylor Day, a local resident who was driving by just as authorities descended on the scene.
“I would never expect anything like that — especially not in Watch Hill.”
The remains were transferred to the Rhode Island Medical Examiner’s Office for further analysis.
Investigators are still working to confirm the identity of the remains but cops said no foul play is suspected at this time.
“I would definitely disagree with that,” Day said. “I think finding a leg is very suspicious.”
The Post reached out to Westerly police but didn’t hear back immediately.
