Chuck Woolery’s career in the entertainment industry began in the musical domain, but it was his role as the original host of “Wheel of Fortune” from 1975 to 1981 that catapulted him to stardom.

After “Wheel of Fortune,” where he won a Daytime Emmy in 1978, Woolery became synonymous with “Love Connection,” where his witty charm and distinctive catchphrase, “We’ll be back in two and two,” became cultural mainstays.

Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, he continued to captivate audiences with shows like “Scrabble” and “Lingo,” solidifying his status as a beloved figure in American television.

Beyond his television career, Woolery was a vocal advocate for conservative values. He was an active supporter of the Republican Party and a staunch defender of the Second Amendment.

In 2014, he co-founded the podcast Blunt Force Truth with Mark Young, in which the two discussed political issues from a conservative perspective.

Together, Woolery and Young have held hundreds of interviews. Woolery mentioned at the beginning of his interview with TGP contributor Joe Hoft that The Gateway Pundit is one of his first go-to sites when he gets online to check out the news.

Rest in Peace.
