A video taken at LaGuardia Airport showing ICE agents laughing at a leftist activist confronting them and whining that they are “foot soldiers of a fascist regime” is going viral on social media.
The clip, which began circulating widely on X on Friday afternoon, shows a group of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations agents in tactical vests walking through the terminal when the activist approaches and begins heckling them.
“You guys are the foot soldiers of a fascist regime, right? Is that not what it is?” the man shouts at them, repeating the insult while the agents grin and eventually burst into laughter.
“Is that funny? Is that funny?” he presses as the agents continue walking and trying to hold back their giggles.

The activist originally posted the video to Instagram, writing that he was “speaking truth to power,” and complaining that they laughed at him.
“They say speak truth to power, so I did just that. Confronted a fascist to his face today at LaGuardia. His reaction? A smirk. This is what we’re up against, but we aren’t staying silent,” the activist captioned the video posted on the No Kings USA Instagram account.
The goofy confrontation comes days after the Trump administration deployed hundreds of ICE agents to more than a dozen major U.S. airports, including LaGuardia, JFK, Newark, Atlanta, Houston, and others, to assist TSA operations.
The move began on Monday amid a partial government shutdown that left many TSA officers unpaid, triggering widespread staffing shortages, resignations, and hours-long security lines for people traveling.
ICE agents were assigned to crowd management, logistics support, and general airport operations to help keep lines moving while the Democrat tantrum over DHS funding continued.
No official statement has been released by ICE or DHS specifically addressing this confrontation, but the agency has emphasized that its personnel are focused on supporting safe and efficient travel during the funding impasse.
