California Gov. Gavin Newsom had sharp words for President Trump after the commander-in-chief’s Davos address, calling the speech “remarkably boring.”

At the World Economic Forum, Trump said he would not use force against Greenland, which Newsom dismissed as an empty threat.
“It was remarkably insignificant,” he said. “He was never going to invade Greenland. It was never real.”
The governor alleged that a surprising number of world leaders told him, “Glad you made those comments.”
He said it was the exact opposite of what one might expect.
“They needed to hear those comments,” he said, referring to his earlier urging of European leaders to stand up to the president amid his threats to the Danish island of Greenland.
