Somebody hide the sharp objects — she’s at it again.
The former New York City art teacher who infamously held a machete to a Post reporter’s neck was caught on video chanting about “slitting the master’s throat” during an anti-Israel rally — then called the NYPD “slave patrol.”
“Our ancestors … dreamed of us slitting the master’s throat,” called Shellyne Rodriguez to a keffiyeh-clad crowd outside the Brooklyn museum Friday, video shows.
The crowd cheered and chanted back as some waved Palestinian flags, footage obtained by the College Fix showed.
Rodriguez, who was booted from Hunter College after she threatened the Post reporter — and then was also canned from a gig at Cooper Union over anti-Israeli rhetoric some called antisemitic — also went in on minority police officers, soldiers, and politicians, saying their ancestors would disgusted to see them serve.
“Our ancestors are horrified to see black people, Latinx people, indigenous people, children of migrants, and Muslims joining the slave patrol NYPD, and becoming plantation overseers in the jails and prisons,” Rodriguez said, as the crowd chanted back with her.
The teacher first made headlines in May 2023 when she was caught on camera cursing out pro-life students tabling at Hunter College, telling them they were “triggering” her students and scattering their pamphlets.
When the Post visited her Bronx apartment to request an interview, she lost control and unsheathed a weapon.
“Get the f–k away from my door, or I’m gonna chop you up with this machete!” she yelled, holding the blade to the reporter’s throat. She chased the reporter and a photographer out onto the sidewalk, running after them and swinging her machete.
Rodriguez was fired from Hunter College the same day. She later pleaded guilty to harassment and menacing, and was required to participate in a therapy program.
She landed a gig teaching sculpture at Cooper Union just four months later, but was sacked after she participated in a panel calling on divestment from Israel, made numerous anti-Israel posts on social media, and labeled Israel supporters cockroaches.
