Police are on the hunt for a sicko who allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl in a Manhattan building on Thursday before running off with her cell phone, cops said.
Germaine Parham, 33, is accused of approaching the teen around 11:42 a.m. in a building near First Avenue and First Avenue Loop near Gramercy Park and carrying out the sick sexual assault, according to the NYPD.
He allegedly then forcibly snatched the girl’s phone and fled the area on foot.

The teen was taken to an area hospital where she was treated, police said.
Parham was last seen wearing a black-and-gray knit hat, gray face covering, white coat, camouflage pants, a camo backpack, and black boots.
