Knives out!

A samurai-wielding mixed martial arts expert is offering to help clear out pesky squatters in San Francisco for good — with a massive arsenal of frightening weapons and tactical gear.

ASAP Squatter Removal’s CEO, James Jacobs, claims he has had a 95% success rate with his controversial approach to ridding vacant Bay Area homes of troublesome illegal squatters without having to wait for cops and the usual red tape.

“No matter how many there are, how smart they think they are, or how dangerous they may be — we always get them out,” his website boasts.

Jacobs, who says he has over two decades worth of martial arts experience, said he comes armed with a slew of professional-grade tactical gear, including swords, rifles, smoke grenades, tear gas and full body-armor.

“Removing unwanted occupants is our specialty. We have dozens of proven strategies tailored to every squatter situation,” his site advertises.

The company’s vigilante-style method to cracking on the notorious squatters also involves dramatic covert surveillance before they ultimately pounce, he claims.

“Unlike ninjas, we don’t hide in the shadows — we blend into society. Whether posing as homeless individuals, workers, or other everyday roles, we observe without detection. Our team gathers detailed intelligence through covert videos and photos, monitoring all activity day and night,” the website states.

“We track occupant routines — they never see us coming.”

A slew of videos posted online show Jacobs and his staff wielding a cache of weapons as they carry out the so-called squatter-evicting methods.

Despite the controversial approach, Jacobs has defended his vigilante stance and insists it is completely legal.

It wasn’t immediately clear if his company had been slapped with any complaints about his violent approach.

It also isn’t known if any of his run-ins with squatters have escalated.

The Post reached out to both Jacobs and the San Francisco Police Department but didn’t hear back immediately.
