Two security guards were slashed in the face and a third slugged during a rowdy scuffle at a Times Square nightclub early Sunday, police sources said.

The bloody Manhattan dispute stemmed from a beef over bag checks at the front door, sources said.

The violence broke out shortly after 4:30 a.m. at the Circo Restaurant and Nightclub on Broadway between West 48th and West 49th streets, with cops getting a 911 call and responding to find the guards bloodied from the slashings.

Two security guards — a 21-year-old woman and 26-year-old man — were slashed in the face. A person of interest was taken to the 18th Precinct stationhouse for questioning.

Both victims were brought to Bellevue Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

A third victim was slugged in the face and refused medical attention at the scene, cops said.

The nightclub is part of a $4 million Latin entertainment complex that opened at 1604 Broadway last year and includes a Pizza & Bites eatery to lure hungry and fun-seeking partygoers.
