The corrupt actors who put Tina Peters in prison want to keep Tina Peters in prison.
On Monday evening, we reported that Tina Peters was being charged with a felony after a woman attacked her in a closet in prison at approximately 9PM MT in La Vista Correctional Facility on Sunday night.
Tina went inside a maintenance closet to fill up a water unit when an inmate approached her in the closet and reportedly began striking her in anger.
Tina raised her hands and pushed the inmate away in self-defense. Per Tina, the camera showed her pushing the inmate away from her outside of the closet. She was reportedly subsequently handcuffed, shackled, and brought to solitary confinement.
A local Colorado news station received a video of the event before Tina’s attorneys did and reported it on air on Monday evening.
The report made it seem as if 70-year-old Peters was the agitator.

The incident comes as her case explodes after the recent Colorado hearing, where it is evident that the judge overcharged Tina by 15 months for a crime that he made into a felony from a misdemeanor.
By charging Tina with a felony in prison, the corrupt actors in the state of Colorado would prevent her release.
