The Huskies, the No. 1 overall seed, are vying for their seventh undefeated season. But this regional has a potential collision course for the nation’s two best players — UConn’s Sarah Strong and Vanderbilt’s Mikayla Blakes — to square off in the Elite Eight. It’s also worth noting Shea Ralph is a former UConn player who left Geno Auriemma’s staff to coach the Commodores.
