The Philadelphia 76ers announced on Friday that Joel Embiid will be out an additional seven to 10 days after experiencing increased swelling in his left knee following an on-court workout on Thursday.
Embiid has missed the last six games with a left foot sprain, and has played in just 13 games this season because of injuries and a two-game suspension.
