Aaron Judge is heading to the injured list, but it seems as if the Yankees have avoided the worst.
The Yankees right fielder suffered a flexor strain in his right arm, but the ulnar collateral ligament in his elbow is completely intact, Aaron Boone said Saturday after the Bronx Bombers lost 9-4 to the Phillies.
Boone said Judge is heading to the IL but said the news was “good” and that the slugger will be a designated hitter when he comes back to the big league club.

The Yankees skipper added that Judge could be out 10 days and then return.
