Anthony Volpe just hit the biggest homer of his life.

Volpe, up with the bases loaded in the third inning, sent a screaming liner into the left field stands to move the Yankees in front 5-2 on a grand slam, sending Yankee Stadium into a frenzy on Tuesday night in World Series Game 4.

He was given a hero’s welcome as he crossed the plate and entered the Yankees dugout.

The huge home run changed the course of the game, as the Yankees captured their first lead of the night — and first in the series since Game 1’s 10th inning — and resurrected a Yankee Stadium that had gone somewhat dormant after the Dodgers took the lead on Freddie Freeman’s first-inning homer
