Arch Manning is losing one of his top pass catchers.
And his roommate.
Wide receiver Parker Livingstone, who bunked with the Longhorns quarterback at Texas, is transferring to arch-rival Oklahoma, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
Livingstone caught 29 passes and six touchdowns for 516 yards, which ranked third on the team, during his redshirt freshman season in 2025.
He also visited Indiana before settling on the Sooners as his next destination.
“Never did I think growing up I would have the opportunity to play for Texas. It was a dream come true, and the last 24 months have been the best time of my life,” Livingstone wrote on social media before thanking Texas coach Steve Sarkisian and wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator Chris Jackson.
“… Never in a million years did I think I would be going into the portal looking for a new home. Some things are out of my control. Such is the reality of the ever-changing landscape of college football. Emptied my tank every day for this great university, my teammates & all of the good folks of Texas. Grateful.”
When Livingstone entered the transfer portal earlier this month, Manning posted a heartfelt picture of the two on the field with a crying-face emoji.

Livingstone’s first full season on the field was highlighted by a monster performance during Texas’ win over San Jose State, during which he went for 128 yards through the air on four catches with two touchdowns. He caught 29 passes for 516 yards and six touchdowns this season.
Against his new school, Oklahoma, on Oct. 11, Livingstone caught two passes for 29 yards in a 23-6 Longhorns win.
