Audio of the 911 call notifying authorities of a break-in at Joe Burrow’s $7.5 million Ohio home has emerged following reports Tuesday that Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Olivia Ponton and her mother phoned police.
In a clip published Tuesday on the X account of NBC Cincinnati affiliate WLWT, a woman states, “Someone is trying to break into the house right now. My daughter is there. This is Joe Burrow’s house.
“She is staying there. He’s at the football game. She’s wondering what she should do, if she should be hiding, or if she should be going outside.”
As the audio continues, Ponton — a model and influencer who boasts 2.9 million Instagram followers — is heard telling the dispatch, “Someone broke into my house… It’s like completely messed up.”
A break-in at Burrow’s home was reported during the Bengals’ 27-20 road victory against the Cowboys on “Monday Night Football” this week, according to an incident report viewed by WLWT.
Ponton told authorities that upon arriving at the home she spotted a “shattered bedroom window and the room ransacked,” according to WLWT.
The 22-year-old also said “she’s employed by Burrow.”
The status of Burrow and Ponton’s relationship is unclear.
The 28-year-old quarterback was at the center of engagement rumors with longtime girlfriend Olivia Holzmacher last summer but that speculation was never verified.
Burrow is the latest high-profile NFL star who is the victim of a burglary.
Just last month, TMZ reported that Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and star tight end Travis Kelce had their Kansas City-area residences burglarized in early October.
Kelce’s home was broken into in the evening of Oct. 7, the same day the Chiefs topped the Saints at Arrowhead Stadium on “Monday Night Football,” according to a police report obtained by TMZ.
An incident at Mahomes’ residence was reported to authorities the day before.
