As the Jets play out the string in 2024, it feels as if everyone outside of the team has shifted their focus to 2025.
The big questions, of course, are who will be the new general manager and head coach. The Jets have begun the interview process this week for a GM, and head-coaching interviews surely will soon follow. Candidates for the job are going to have to provide their roster analysis of the Jets and their plan moving forward.

Potential cuts
The Jets have about $33 million in cap space entering 2025, according to Over The Cap. They can bump that number to more than $70 million with a few moves. Here are some players who could be cut:
