The Jets will have their most important offensive weapon on the field for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks at MetLife Stadium.

Running back Breece Hall, who had knee soreness following their most recent game, Nov. 17 against the Colts, said on Friday after practice he feels “fine” and is ready to go against Seattle.

Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said Hall “is trending in the right direction,” adding, “We’re hopeful he’ll play.’’

Hall, who leads the team with 632 yards and four rushing touchdowns and also has 46 receptions for 401 yards and two touchdowns receiving, said, “Football is football at the end of the day. Everybody is sore.

“I tweaked my knee in the second quarter of the Indy game and played through it,’’ Hall said. “And then I rehabbed it last week and it was still feeling sore. So, they let me have a few rest days and then I attacked it [Friday] and felt good.’’

Hall rushed for 78 yards and a TD and caught seven passes for 43 yards and another touchdown in the Jets’ 28-27 loss to the Colts.

As expected, Jets LT Tyron Smith is out for the game as he deals with a neck injury that’s likely ending his season and underwhelming Jets career. … LB C.J. Mosley, also dealing with a neck injury, won’t play, either. It’ll be the fifth consecutive game he’s missed and eighth overall this season.

The mystery involving Jets safety Tony Adams powers on. Adams, who started 15 games last season and eight this season, was reportedly benched last week at the request of team owner Woody Johnson. The Athletic reported it, and the Jets didn’t deny it.

Adams played only seven snaps on special teams and none on defense in the Colts game. Ulbrich said Friday, “Tony’s a guy that, from a culture standpoint, we absolutely love. He didn’t play as much as I would’ve liked last week for whatever the reason, and this week he’s going to play a little bit more. He’s going to get reintegrated into our defense.”

Adams, after Friday’s practice, told The Post he had no idea why he was benched, but he was looking forward to returning to the defense this week.

“I’ve definitely been getting reps in practice this week, so that’s great,” Adams said. “I just want to go out there and help the team. That’s all what I’m all about. I don’t know anything about [the report about Johnson wanting him benched]. I don’t pay too much attention what goes on on social media.

“I’m here for one reason and one reason only — to help this organization win games. I can’t wait to get back out there, fly around with the guys, do whatever it takes to help us win some games. Because at the end of the day, that’s the only thing that matters.’’
