For the second straight week, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings was on the scene of a heated interaction.
Last week, Jennings smacked Carolina safety Tre’von Moehrig after the Panther punched Jennings below the belt. And on Sunday, things got spicy again, as Jennings exchanged words with the Cleveland Browns’ defense during Cleveland’s 26-8 loss to San Francisco.

The exchange happened as Browns defensive lineman Maliek Collins went down and was later carted off with a leg injury. Cleveland defensive tackle Shelby Harris spoke on the interaction postgame, declining to get into details but implying that Jennings got personal, and took things too far.
“He’s a ho, and I want that known. Like I see why he got punched in the nuts,” Harris said, via WEWS’s Camryn Justice. “He said some things that you should not say to another man, ever. But like I don’t respect it ’cause you said that then run behind your o-line. That’s some real soft s*** . … I see exactly why they punched him in the nuts. I’m surprised nobody punched him in the jaw yet.”
Moehrig was later suspended one game for the low blow on Jennings, who hit Moehrig twice in that altercation and was later fined $12,172 by the league for unnecessary roughness (striking/kicking/tripping/kneeing).
Harris’ frustration with Jennings may have also boiled from a frustrating game for the Browns. Cleveland’s offense stalled late in the game, with quarterback Shedeur Sanders unable to pick up many points despite a relatively solid outing. The Browns didn’t score in the second half, dropping the game to the 49ers at home and falling to 3-9.

Sanders gets another chance next week, though. He will start again in Week 14 as Cleveland takes on the dismal 1-11 Tennessee Titans.
