Shannon Sharpe won’t be returning to ESPN, according to The Athletic, which reported Wednesday that the network has parted ways with the Pro Football Hall of Famer and media analyst.
The news comes less than two weeks after Sharpe settled a sexual assault lawsuit brought forth by a former romantic partner, who accused Sharpe of sexual assault and battery.
Sharpe has not appeared on ESPN since the lawsuit was filed in April.
