A new betting favorite has emerged to be the next Giants head coach.
Big Blue’s ownership, led by John Mara and Steve Tisch, opted to keep general manager Joe Schoen in power for the 2026 season to the surprise of many.
With the release of this news, DraftKings released the Giants’ next coach odds Monday, and on Tuesday we got a new favorite: Kevin Stefanski (+200, 33.3 percent chance implied).
Stefanski opened at +850 odds and was bet down quickly by the betting public after being fired Monday by the Cleveland Browns.
Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley, the favorite entering the day at +300, has seen his odds fall to +425 (19.25 percent implied).
Mike McCarthy and Chris Shula are tied for the third-best odds at +650 (13.33 percent implied).
The move for Stefanski as the favorite is relevant, as betting sites and prediction markets are often the best place to get information before an event actually transpires.

The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy pointed out Monday that Stefanski was going to be Pat Shurmur’s offensive coordinator with the Giants in 2018, but the Minnesota Vikings blocked the move.

Dunleavy had Stefanski first on his list of nine candidates for the next Giants head coach.
For those wondering, Ravens coach John Harbaugh saw his odds decrease rather substantially as the date turned from Monday to Tuesday.
Harbaugh moved from 14/1 to 20/1 with the chances of him departing from the Ravens seemingly decreasing with every passing minute.
